1. Mold design stage

After confirming the mold structure and design, our senior engineer will review the design again.

2. Machining stage

Check the dimensions of each process (such as NC, WC, EDM, etc.) to ensure they are within our allowable tolerance range.

3. Trial stage

Generate different mold acceptance standards based on customer requirements for molds. Inspect the molds one by one for each standard.

4. Mold shipment stage

We will inspect all the accessories and related documents required by the customer to ensure that the mold can be used normally after shipment.

5. After sales service

If your mold encounters any problems during operation, we provide remote or on-site service
